RETURN POLICY

Right to return / exchange.
In the event of an actual defect or lack of the agreed quality, the buyer is entitled alternatively free of charge for: a) repair of the product or b) replacement or c) price reduction in proportion to the defect or d) withdrawal from sale.

The consumer has the right to request a free correction or replacement of the product if:

The order is implemented incorrectly, ie an item other than the subject of the order is delivered or the wrong quantity or defective product or damaged packaging.

The consumer should contact the shop within 48 hours of receiving the product on +30 6987843892 or by e-mail: info@restjewellery.com to indicate the problem and approve its return.

If the product is not in accordance with the order, it has not been used and is in the packaging in the condition it was received.

In any case, the product must be returned with all original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, warranty, instructions for use) and in the original packaging.

Returns are made through a postal company that will show the store to customers and at the cost of the store.

The right to withdraw from the contract

The consumer has the right to unjustified withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days, if the deadline has not already been agreed, returning the goods to their original condition, at no cost, including the initial shipping costs. The user must return the goods to the company at his own discretion and on his own the cost, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the date on which he declared that he withdrew from the contract. This period begins with the receipt of the products. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the supplier is obliged to reimburse the amounts paid to him by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer is possible if:

Refers to a product for which there is NO individual order, such as wedding rings or conversions, or a product that is not in our catalog.

Complete and submit the appropriate withdrawal form. The product was not worn or used outside the test, the parts of the terminology bracelet were not removed, and the jewelry was not modified.

Restjewellery.pl store cards and product labels have not been removed or damaged in any way.
All product documents such as warranty, instructions for use and proof of purchase are returned.
The product is sent in the package in which it was received.
An email will be sent to info@restjewellery.com with information about the return and the order code.

Restjewellery.com does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the product during the return transfer.

In the event that products are returned damaged or incomplete, the restjewellery.com store has the right to demand compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined on the basis of the condition of the products, and unilaterally compensate his claim against the customer's requirements.
